We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), PayPal payments as well as Amazon Payments. We however do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.
Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 2-3 days after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
If something is still missing, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, we like to let you know that your items are likely to arrive at different times, as we use multiple warehouses around the world to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Often, tracking numbers will be initially updated 2-3 days after it has been shipped, as local postal systems will not update the location of the package in our carriers' systems.
Shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks, so you can estimate that it will take about that long from the time your package ships until you will receive it. If your tracking number doesn't work after 2-3 days of being shipped, please let us know so we can make sure that your items were properly shipped.
Depending upon what products were ordered, we may ship out items in your order as soon as they have been processed instead of waiting till the entire order is complete. We use this shipping method to ensure the quickest delivery times possible.
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs, public holidays or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order has started being shipped.
We're happy to accept returns and exchanges that are sent back to us within 60 days from delivery. To return an item simply email us at email@example.com explaining why you wish to return the item/s, providing evidence of fault or defect either photographic or video.
Your original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we somehow sent you the wrong item in which case we'll happily refund your shipping charges), and you are responsible for all return shipping charges. QuantumBitz.com will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Items unfit for return will be sent back to you with an explanation as to why they weren’t up to snuff.
When your return shipment is received, we will handle your return or exchange quickly. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, and QuantumBitz.com will cover the cost of shipping for exchanged goods that we send back to you. Please know that the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
